Appointments

Effective June 1, 2023, a credit card will be required to reserve ALL appointments at Circle Square Salon. Our stylists work on commission. To protect their livelihoods, we ask that you please give us a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If a 24-hour notice is not provided, this may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

We book our services based on the length of hair and amount of time needed. Please let us know if there are any special requests for your service.

Let us know your pronouns so we can be sure to create the safest, most comfortable space for you while you are here!


CancellationS / APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. We understand emergencies come up, and we will do our best to accommodate you but please give us as much notice as possible. If a 24-hour notice is not honored, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled service total. Same-day appointment changes may also result in a 50% charge of the original scheduled service to compensate your stylist for their time.


No-showS

All no-show appointments will result in a FULL CHARGE of the scheduled service total.


Late ARRIVALS

We understand that life gets busy. We all run late sometimes! Our stylists book very tightly, so it is important for you to be on time so they can do their best work. This also helps our stylists stay on time. If you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will try our best to accommodate you, but it may be necessary to reschedule or reduce your service.


Service guarantee

We want you to love your hair! If something isn’t working for you after your visit, please contact the salon within 14 days of your appointment. We always offer complimentary adjustments — we will do whatever we can to make it right for you!


Product guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) we recommended for you, please return it to the salon at your earliest convenience. We can provide you with a full refund or another product that works better. There is no time-limit, we want you to love what you buy!


animals In The Salon

We love animals but we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets to your appointment. Service animals are always welcome. Please let us know if you need special accommodations for your service animal.


Parking

Street parking is always available. Please be aware there is no parking on Friday mornings from 8-9am for street cleaning. We also share the parking lot with Starbucks + our sister salon, Triangle Hair Studio, located 1 block away at 400 N. Robinson Street. You are welcome to park there.


The safety and well-being of our staff, clients and community is our highest priority. We are dedicated to creating a safe, healthy and positive environment for you. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or tested positive, we ask that you reschedule for 2+ weeks out. If you are vaccinated, masks will be optional until further notice. If you are not comfortable with an unmasked service, please do not hesitate to ask your stylist to wear a mask, and they will be happy.

For our staff, we require everyone to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms of illness and we also ask that they have a negative COVID test before returning to work.
